The poetic language based on Andrea Mancuso’s light sense of irony and surprise characterizes Oculus, the wall mirror that goes beyond its function. A sculptural object that amazes the viewer reflected in it. The enigmatic shape consists of a spherical section with a circular opening, inside which the mirror resides.

OCULUS MIRROR
Oculus is a mirror-object with an enigmatic shape: a spherical section with a circular opening that houses the mirror. The visual experience varies depending on the point of view thanks to a hypnotic play of reflections. The frame is made of MDF with variable geometry and a bronze patinated spatula finish, achieved through a manual artisanal process. The float mirror (4 mm thick) is mounted on a black lacquered MDF backing and is available in three sizes. Each piece is distinguished by the unique workmanship of its surface.
