Ximi Li Design Studio has sought to explore the world's cultural elements, reflecting on their historical roots with the intent to communicate them through rigorous and creative design languages. The studio, based in Shanghai, is active in furniture design, interior design, and creative direction. In 2019, Ximi was named "Rising Talents China" by Maison & Object. In the same year, he was awarded as one of the outstanding "40 under 40" designers shaping Hong Kong and Greater China by Perspective Magazine and as one of the future leaders of the "Gen T 100" by Tatler. Since 2021, Ximi Li has been teaching creative design courses at the China Academy of Art.
