Ala pivot door combines the elegance of a wooden door with the efficiency of an innovative opening system. Upon request, the door, made from a 60mm panel, can be equipped with a recessed solid wood handle. The natural beauty of the timber, the absence of the wall jamb and the rotating hinge integrated with the panel, and which allows the door to gently close autonomously, brings Ala closer to the concept of a movable wall.
Ala flush door fully melds with the wall due to the door’s considerable thickness (60mm) and the recessed solid wood handle. The jamb, on two or three sides, becomes imperceptible. The hinges are concealed or pivoted in the case of openings wider than 90cm.
