One of Soul’s most distinctive features is the Medley system, which can be configured in many different combinations, the perfect option for merging the kitchen with the adjoining living area spaces Medley can be used as a bookcase or shelving system, with a wide degree of personalization possible, or as a base unit rear structure that can be equipped with accessories, utensils and sinks.
In island and peninsula versions, today Soul can be fitted with a convenient snacktop combined with the Medley base unit rear system, to create an unusual composition with the potential for construction of a real living area side to the kitchen, parallel to the food preparation zone, specifically for socialization and shared meals.

Born in 1959, Giuseppe Bavuso lives and works in Seregno, Brianza, a district noted for the presence of a flourishing furniture industry. In 1986, he founded the Product Design studio with which he tackles different scales of design from interiors to automotive, train interiors, architecture, exhibitions and bio-medical equipment. His encounter with Bruno Munari was enlightening for the designer and fundamental for his career, marking his approach to the design profession from the very beginning. In the furniture sector, he established fruitful collaborations with internationally renowned companies as designer and creative director, facing product design in its entirety - from conception to engineering to visual communications. He pursues innovative solutions to improve product quality and durability and revolutionise the idea of contemporary living. In 2013, he was nominated by "Design Index" for the "Compasso d'oro" competition for the Ernestomeda Icon kitchen system and that same year, he won the Red Dot Award. He also won the "KBB Review New Year's Honor-List For 2000"; in 2005 and 2008 Compasso d'Oro ADI competition.
